Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Essenza Privé. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand the process and guidelines.

1. Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You must have proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
  • The item is not a final sale or a product that is exempt from returns, including gift cards or personalized items.
2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@essenzaprive.com. Provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Once we receive your return request, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to us. Please ensure the returned product is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.

3. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be processed for the cost of the item(s) only. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@essenzaprive.com with the following information:

  • Description and photos of the defective or damaged item

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund of the defective or damaged item at no additional cost to you. You will not be responsible for the return shipping of defective items.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
